Atar Bnia ("we", "our") is a web development agency based in Israel that provides websites and business-messaging services (including WhatsApp notifications) for our business clients. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with our services, including our Meta platform application "Atar Bnia Messaging".

What data we process

• Contact details submitted through our clients' registration forms (such as name, phone number, and email address), used solely to deliver the service the end user requested (for example, a registration confirmation message).
• Platform Data from Meta, such as WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone number IDs, message templates, and message delivery statuses, used solely to operate messaging on behalf of our clients.

How we use data

• To send transactional notifications (e.g., registration confirmations) on behalf of our business clients, only to recipients who gave explicit consent.
• To manage our clients' WhatsApp Business Accounts that they connected to our platform.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data storage and processors

Data is stored on secured servers provided by our hosting provider, SiteGround Hosting Ltd. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

Data retention and deletion

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service to our clients. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will honor the request within a reasonable time.

Opting out

Recipients of messages sent through our platform may opt out at any time by contacting us or the business that collected their details.

אתר בניה היא סוכנות לפיתוח אתרים ושירותי הודעות עסקיות (כולל הודעות וואטסאפ) עבור לקוחות עסקיים. אנו מעבדים פרטי קשר שנמסרו בטפסי הרשמה של לקוחותינו (שם, טלפון, אימייל) אך ורק לצורך משלוח הודעות תפעוליות (כגון אישור הרשמה) לנמענים שנתנו הסכמה מפורשת, וכן נתוני פלטפורמה של Meta (מזהי חשבון WhatsApp Business, תבניות הודעה וסטטוסי מסירה) לצורך תפעול השירות בלבד. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו עושים בו שימוש פרסומי. המידע מאוחסן בשרתים מאובטחים (SiteGround) ונשמר רק כל עוד נדרש למתן השירות. ניתן לבקש עיון או מחיקה של מידע אישי, או להסיר עצמכם מקבלת הודעות, בפנייה אל: roee@atarbnia.co.il
